Shipments placed on weekdays will be received at the shipping address within 48/72 hours. If the order is placed on a public holiday the order will be received within 48/72 hours from the first working day after the public holiday.

• email assistenza@seviwellness.com within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. made outside of business premises.

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to www.seviprodotti.it a VAT number reference, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for the products for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. On spare parts for maintenance issues the right of withdrawal will not be authorized.

Exercising the right. The Client must send Sevi Wellness snc a written communication to this effect, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and also provide for the shipment of the aforementioned purchased goods to the Sevi Wellness snc headquarters via Valgioie 94 Turin (TO). The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Sevi Wellness snc via Via Valgioie 94 10141 Turin (TO). Once we receive the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, our Customer Service will immediately notify the customer, either by e-mail or by telephone, to return the goods with the simple care of indicating on the package your data such as name, address and telephone number.

As of 01-01-2018 Sevi Wellness grants all its customers who are entitled to it 7 days to exercise the right of withdrawal on products. On spare parts for maintenance issues the right of withdrawal will not be authorized.
